Welcome from Pastor Dan
Welcome to Lutheran Church of the Incarnation’s website. You will find here an overview of the many ministries LCI offers and some of the ways you can connect to the life of our church. Take a look!
Our mission as a congregation is Sharing Christ’s Light Daily. We try to live out this call in all that we do, whether we’re at church, at work, at home or just out and about. For many of us, sharing Christ’s light daily means that we try to be Christ’s hands and feet and heart in our communities by extending help and compassion to those in need, whether they are part of our congregation or not.
One of the things I particularly like about our church is the deep desire people have to help one another without judgment. For decades, this congregation has been dedicated to finding ways to serve one another and the community as a way of showing God’s unconditional love for us, a love that is revealed in the cross of Jesus Christ.
Lutheran Church of the Incarnation is an open and affirming congregation; we welcome everyone regardless of status or background as part of God’s work of reconciling the world to Godself in Christ. We are always happy to welcome visitors. We won’t put you on the spot, but will simply do our best to answer any questions you may have and to make you feel at home.
If you’re curious about the life and ministry of LCI, I encourage you to browse the website. Even better, come join us for worship some Sunday morning. We will welcome you with a cup of fair-trade coffee or tea and invite you to get to know us as we seek God’s will for our lives and for the world.
If you'd like to reach me, you may call the church office or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I hope we’ll have the chance to meet soon. In the meantime, God’s blessings on you in your faith journey.
